enjoyable weekend walks near richmond's parks and landmarks
I really appreciated that the manager checked in on me and made me feel welcome while I explored parks and the nearby Madonna of the Trail statue that’s just under 4 km away, allowing for some great weekend strolls in the area.

Improved accessibility for older guests would be great.

Couple seeking basic comfort
It's hard to beat a place where the breakfast is served fresh, and you can whip up waffles with two types of batter, banana nut and regular. Man, I made so many waffles, you have no idea. The staff was super friendly too, no stress, just how it should be!
But it didn't come cheap. felt like I was paying more than what I got.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel while exploring the Indiana Football Hall of Fame. The kids loved the spacious room with the two queen beds, and the flat-screen TV was a hit during our downtime. Plus, the staff made us feel extra special, just like when Sandy brought bagels to a guest with a headache!
My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

The noise level from other guests was disruptive, leading to a challenging night's rest.

Not ideal for quality seekers
Had a memorable time with the staff, they were really friendly. Plus, the place has this weird charm but it's mostly falling apart.
It wasn’t cheap, but for what we got, that was still acceptable.

Friendly staff and great breakfast options
My stay was quite pleasant overall, with the highlight being the friendly staff who made me feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, including hot eggs and homemade biscuits, which was definitely a treat. However, I did notice that some of the decor in the room could use an update for a fresher look.

Nice stay with minor issues
We stayed for a night, and the room was clean and surprisingly fresh. The beds were way too hard for my taste tho. The bathroom was tiny, and a showerhead was kinda broken. Breakfast was decent enough with a nice buffet, and I loved the picnic area outside! Overall, not bad, but the hard beds were a bummer.
